Sinds een tijdje mag ik deel uitmaken van het designteam van http://daranddiane.blogspot.com en dat doe ik heel graag. De dames Darlene en Diane zijn ontzettend enthousiaste kaartenmakers en hebben meer blogs voor verschillende technieken onder verschillende namen en zo inspireren ze een heleboel mensen. Kijk maar in mijn sidebar! Het blog dat hun naam draagt bestaat nu 10 jaar en dat gaan ze vieren.
Als inspiratie heb ik deze kaart gemaakt met de postzegelmal en stempeltjes van Penny Black van feestvierende egeltjes. Ik heb ze allemaal ingekleurd met markers, uitgeknipt en opgeplakt. De gekleurde achtergrondjes heb ik op maat uitgesneden uit papier dat ik met verdunde distress ink heb gekleurd.

The blog that bears their name is celebrating its 10th anniversary. For inspiration, I made this card using the postage die and Penny Black stamps featuring festive hedgehogs. I colored them all with markers, cut them out, and adhered them. I cut the colored backgrounds to size from paper that I colored with diluted distress ink. Will you join me in celebrating with a festive card?
Der Blog, der ihren Namen trägt, feiert sein 10-jähriges Jubiläum. Als Inspiration habe ich diese Karte mit Biefmarken Stanze und -Penny Black Stempeln gestaltet. Ich habe alle Motive mit Markern koloriert, ausgeschnitten und aufgeklebt. Die farbigen Hintergründe habe ich aus Papier zugeschnitten, das ich mit verdünnter Distress-Tinte eingefärbt hatte.
