Pompoenen

Pompoenen! Die vind ik echt super om er in de herfst wat schalen mee op te maken en om een paar grote bij de voordeur te leggen. Het ziet er kleurrijk en gezellig uit en...ze blijven langer mooi dan een boeketje bloemen!

Leane Creatief heeft enkele jaren geleden deze pompoenen bij haar collectie gevoegd en ik was er meteen helemaal wég van. De pompoenen kun je stempelen en de gezichtjes met losse stempeltjes erop maken. Zo zien ze er telkens weer anders en heel grappig uit. De spin hoort er in deze tijd natuurlijk ook bij, net als het geëmboste web op de achtergrond. Daarvoor had ik wit karton bewerkt met rode, gele en oranje Distress Ink. Al met al een grappig tafereeltje dat ik gemaakt heb voor de nieuwe challenge van het 'embos-blog' http://cyhtp.blogspot.com

Pumpkins! I really think it's great to make some bowls with them in the fall and to put a few large ones at the front door. It looks colorful and nice and...they last much longer than a bouquet of flowers! 

Leane Creatief is the designer of these pumpkins and she added them to her collection a few years ago and I immediately fell in love with them. You can stamp the pumpkins and make the faces with matching stamps. So they always look different and very funny. The spider of course also belongs to this season, as is the embossed web in the background. I added some grass diecuts (also from LC). Before embossing I had edited white cardboard with deluted red, yellow and orange Distress Ink. Kürbisse! Ich finde es echt toll im Herbst ein paar Schalen damit zu dekorieren und auch ein paar große vor die Haustür zu stellen. Es sieht so farbenfroh aus und ... sie halten länger als ein Blumenstrauß! Leane Creatief hat diese Kürbisse vor einigen Jahren entworfen und ich habe mich sofort in sie verliebt. Man kann die Kürbisse stempeln und die Gesichter mit dazu gehörenden Stempeln darauf machen. So sehen die Kürbisse immer wieder anders und sehr lustig aus. Die Spinne gehört natürlich auch zu dieser Saison, ebenso wie das geprägte Netz im Hintergrund. Davor hatte ich weißen Karton mit roter, gelber und oranger Distress Ink bearbeitet. Alles in allem eine lustige Szene, die ich für die neue Challenge des 'embossing-blog' http://cyhtp.blogspot.com gemacht habe.
