Kerst in slakkengang

Het is alweer de 1e dag van november: het lijkt nog maar even en dan is het jaar voorbij.... Het jaar is (zoals altijd) echt niet in een slakkengang voorbij gekropen al zou je het wel zeggen als je mijn kaart ziet. Ik vond het wel grappig om een keer een heel andere kerstkaart te maken met deze leuke stempel van Leane Creatief. Het huisje zit los bij de slak, samen met andere huisjes, zodat je voor elke gelegenheid er wel een kaart mee kunt maken. De poinsettia stans is een bijzondere, want je stanst de hele vorm uit het rode karton en ook uit de witte kaart. Zo krijg je een mooie rand. De rand met hulst aan de linkerkant is een stuk washitape.

It's already the 1st day of November: it seems like just a short while and then the year will be over.... It really hasn't crept by at a snail's pace (as always), although you would say so if you see my card.

 I thought it would be fun to make a completely different Christmas card with this nice stamp from Leane Creatief. The snailhouse is a seperate stamp and comes together with other houses, so you can make a card with it for any occasion with this set. The poinsettia die is a special one, because you die out the entire shape from the red cardstock and also from the white card. This way you get a nice edge. Es ist bereits der 1. Novembertag: Es scheint nur noch eine kurze Zeit zu sein, und dann ist das Jahr schon wieder vorbei. Ich dachte, es würde Spaß machen, mit diesem lustigen Schneckenstempel von Leane Creatief eine ganz andere Weihnachtskarte zu gestalten. Das Haus wurde separat  auf der Schnecke gestempelt. Es gibt mehrere Häuser in den Set, so dass man damit zu jedem Anlass eine Karte basteln kann. Die Weihnachtsstern-Stanze ist etwas Besonderes, da man die gesamte Form aus dem roten Karton und auch aus dem weißen Karton ausstanzen muss. Auf diese Weise entsteht ein schöner Rand. Das 'Band' and der linken Seite ist ein Stück Washitape.
